Drum support and Karaoke lyrics

0.4.1 is a bit delayed.

Whats new:

  • Drum support!
  • Karaoke lyrics!
  • Dynamic in-game slowdown/speedup working (also in SmartSync)
  • New menu system.

WDM-KS drivers will be kicked out because they cause too much trouble for many users.
